TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your purchase and use of Reclaim Forty ("the Guide"), sold at reclaim-forty.com by Yevhen Kutsenko ("we," "us").

1. WHAT YOU'RE BUYING
A digital product: a downloadable PDF guide and access to a Notion workspace. No physical product will be shipped.

2. NOT MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE
The Guide offers lifestyle, organizational, and self-reflection tools. It is not medical advice, psychological advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. We are not healthcare providers. If you're experiencing symptoms that concern you, please speak with a doctor or licensed therapist.

3. PAYMENT
Payments are processed by our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record. Your card or bank statement may show a charge under a different name than "Reclaim Forty."

4. DELIVERY
Access is delivered by email immediately after payment, typically within minutes.

5. YOUR LICENSE
Personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own use. You may read, print, and duplicate the Notion workspace into your own account. You may not share, resell, distribute, or publish the Guide or use it in any commercial product, course, or coaching practice.

6. REFUNDS
See our Refund Policy — 14 days, no questions asked.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Guide is provided "as is." Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Nothing here removes any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
